Returns

 

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you may feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days by Telephone +44 (0)7946818256 or email info@classiccarparts-uk.co.uk  letting us know of your intention to return the product.

 

This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of  bespoke products unless of course they are faulty or manufactured incorrectly.

 

We ask that products are returned as unused and in there original packaging where possible.

 

You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if the if returned products reach us within 28 days of sending.

 

Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us.

 

Please make sure you retain your receipt of  postage.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

 

If an item has been purchased in error or no longer wanted we will offer a refund less postage.

 

A re-stocking fee may be applied.

 

Replacements or exchange of damaged goods will not be despatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.

 

AM Classics do NOT give refunds on the following items:

- Items returned after 28 days

- Damaged items, or unsatisfactory items, not notified by Telephone or Email to us within 7 days

- Bespoke items that have been made but are no longer wanted. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
